Cooking classes at Marti's
Come learn the basics of French cuisine with Margaux for 3 hours.
The menu is decided in advance according to your level and your desire to discover French gastronomy.
Mayonnaise, veal blanquette, white stock, brown stock, pastry cream, choux pastry, mashed potatoes, eggs cocotte... The possibilities are endless! A program of several courses can also be set up.
We'll prepare a starter, main course, and dessert menu in our professional kitchen, then enjoy it together. The course costs €80.
