Marti our warm place in Rome

Marti is our hidden place at the back of a courtyard near the Vatican.

This is our laboratory, a dining room for our private groups, and a place for cooking classes.

The cuisine is French, homemade with products selected from Mercato Trionfale.

An example menu:

- Country terrine

- Egg mayonnaise

- Gratin dauphinois and roasted chicken with lemon, shallot sauce

- French cheese platter

- Pear and chocolate crumble
